Worst customer serves

Made a case almost 24hrs ago and have yet to speak with someone. This has to be one of the worst customer service set ups I've ever seen. A company this big should be disappointed in themselves on how bad they are with this.  Completely ridiculous.

    yeah, I've tried to buy a game, tried 2 visa credit cards. none works, on steam , ubisoft I have zero problems.
