Another attempt has been made, but it seems I'll have to wait at least six months (After that they will be able to disconnect my daughter, but I really hope they can reconnect my first Steam account (because I saw a message about a one-year waiting period in the quick login section of the Steam window)).
I don't dare create a new EA account to link it to my original Steam account (to play other EA games like FC26). I'm afraid of the consequences, because ideally, the link between the original Steam account and the EA account absolutely needs to be re-established.
The problem seems to stem from the fact that after realizing my daughter was linked to my EA account, I tried to disconnect her myself (but then couldn't reconnect my original Steam account so ...and after that my my daughter's account has reappeared.).
The fundamental problem in my case is that the inability to share certain games on Steam Family isn't emphasized enough, in my opinion. If this sharing were possible, my EA account could stay where it is.

Just as a heads-up, game progress is stored at the EA Account level, so unlinking and relinking could result in progress being lost for you or your daughter.
As for your feedback about Steam Family, I’m afraid that would need to be raised with Steam.
