Wrongfully banned
Hi.
I thought I would try this as my last restort.
I played Apex Legends since release until 2020 ish. I then took a break from gaming that lasted over 1 year.
When I finally bought a computer again and picked up gaming I was going to get back to Apex Legends againg.
BUT to no avail. I could not log in to my account and I contacted support saying my accound was banned. I have no idea when or why this happend. EA could NOT say why. And I have never intentionally broke the EULA or anything. I mean a perm ban without warning has to be some pretty serious violation done?
I kept asking and begging for this to be fixed as it has to be some mistake or that my account have been hacked. I´d spent ALOT of money on that account. And since I was not playing for a year when the ban happend I thought EA would be more helpful. But NO
They pretty much stole my account and all the money I spent.
The weird thing is that when I try to reset password. I get a reset mail in Chinese? Im from Sweden. So that amplifies that I was hacked? But EA wont answer me or take this in to considiration...
I think it was 2021 or 2022 I realised my account was banned. And I have tried getting an exsplanation from EA since.

Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Or should I just face the $3000 loss? :(
