Xbox account already linked to @anonymous.ea.com

Hi, I wanted to link my Xbox account to my EA account but when I signed in with Microsoft it gave me this What do I do? I haven't linked any Xbox accounts before. The only account I've ever link...

    I've tried that and I got told they cant do anything because I haven't purchased anything with the anonymous account and the account that I wanted linking to the EA account used the exact same information
