Xbox account already linked to @anonymous.ea.com

Hi, I wanted to link my Xbox account to my EA account but when I signed in with Microsoft it gave me this What do I do? I haven't linked any Xbox accounts before. The only account I've ever link...

i have also ran into the same thing linking my sons account. Just set him up a EA account yesterday and went to link hsi Xbox GT and got this

I reached out to live support and was told there was nothing they could do without the email that is linked to the that xbox GT. He has had that GT since he was 2, we never set up a EA account before because he was to young and now he is 17 and its been hi-jacked. He was the Live chat
