Xbox account link issue
Hi.
I can't link my Xbox account to my eagames account because it says the Xbox account is already linked to an account with an EA email address which is 6e*****@anonymous.ea.com.

You realize that link goes to a page that says what an advisor can help with, but doesn't actually have a link to connect to an advisor, right? The instructions are circular, and bring you back to the useless pages! HOW CAN WE GET ACTUAL ACCOUNT SUPPORT?????

When opening the case, choose the option for "I want to update my EA Account information". That should get you the option for chat.
I have the same problem, but with my Playstation account. It is linked to a different EA email address though. I can't find a link anywhere to open a chat. I stumbled upon this page, https://help.ea.com/en/technical-issues/ but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. This is beyond frustrating that I should have to spend more than 5 minutes to find a way to get help from one of the largest game companies. When I try to open a new case, It takes me back to the home page. I keep going in circles and can't get any help.

You should be able to open a case with the instructions in the link I provided in my previous response. Make sure you are choosing the option for "I want to update my EA Account information" as the topic. That should get you the option for chat.
