Xbox account link issue

Hi. I can't link my Xbox account to my eagames account because it says the Xbox account is already linked to an account with an EA email address which is 6e*****@anonymous.ea.com.

You realize that link goes to a page that says what an advisor can help with, but doesn't actually have a link to connect to an advisor, right? The instructions are circular, and bring you back to the useless pages! HOW CAN WE GET ACTUAL ACCOUNT SUPPORT?????

    When opening the case, choose the option for "I want to update my EA Account information". That should get you the option for chat.
