Xbox and EA account link issue

It seems like I cant link my EA Account to my Xbox Account. On the Xbox app it says there's already an account linked, I press manage and it makes me log in on my EA Account in order to link it, once...

well that's the issue, what disabled EA account? This is the only EA account that I've used since 2010. Plus, it wont even let me unlink and link my account again either, so I don't know what account will get "re-enabled" since I don't own another EA account.

When contacting EA Help Support, they will be able to check your account and provide some further information on that. For security reasons, we cannot disclose any account information here on the forums.
