Xbox gamertag is connected to a banned account without my authorization

If an account is banned RECON_SIERRA​ then the only thing you can do is appeal the ban: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/ 

If you think that your account was compromised you can explain as much to the team.

EA_Darko​  That is a nice thought in theory, but when you're the one who didn't commit a penalty because some random took your gamertag and linked it to their account and then committed the penalty it becomes difficult when you actually do a ban appeal and all it says is "EA Help has informed you that your account was correctly actioned due to a violation of their User Agreement, and they will not remove the sanction; you are also directed to review the full User Agreement and provided with steps to address any potential account issues."

When you aren't the one who did anything wrong...

EA_Darko​ If your team actually reviewed every sentence that I submitted along with all screenshot evidence for verification then it would be abundantly apparent that I had ZERO knowledge that my gamertag was attached to an EA account until after I purchased Battlefield 6 only to learn of the ban after an error message. I am not denying that the person who attached my gamertag committed a penalty that caused the ban, but when I have to secure a new account that I had no knowledge of prior to be able to even view that the ban was in place on my gamertag and thus explained said situation to your team, a person with common sense would be able to put all the information together and realize that I am the victim of someone else's errors and therefore not responsible for the penalty and am trying to secure my gamertag back to its proper owner (me) who does not have any penalties against their account.

that's happen with me all you need to do go setting of your EA ACCOUNT from ea profile and or ea app on tele and you can go to your linked account after that removed reset the password by new and more long ex if your pass 8 charac put 12 or 16 and try to change the autho devices from the gmail also unliked all devices
