XBox Pass EA App Issues, Now Two Usernames?

Question

Has anyone ever encountered this: "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account MTCraftMan already linked to your EA Account for d8*****@anonymous.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime."

I tried to link the XBox app on a PC with the EA app kept getting a 404 error anytime I tried to install a game from the XBox pass. Now, it looks like there are 2 account/user names attached to my email.

Has anyone ever been successful at contacting someone live at EA?

Can anyone help?

It seems that your trying to link and Xbox account that is already linked to a different EA account. For assistance in making account changes, you will need to contact EA Help Support.
