When i try to connect to my ea account there’s been an error your request cannot be completed. service limitations apply.

happening to me as well. I cannot play apex by steam now.

      Hello, I've also encountered this issue. When I tried to change my password, I couldn't receive the verification code and got the message "Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply." (as shown in the picture). I'm in China.
