cross progression BF 2042

so i have BF 2042 since 2022 , and i bought ult bundle , and now i started playing on xbox , i linked both acc  and all my progress has gone ! not in steam and not in xbox ! but all my progress its registred on my steam , with my achivemnts ! but my lvl its back to 0 , and no extra content from my ult bundle
