My PS Network account is already linked to an EA account, how can I unlink it?

Good afternoon, I was going to connect my Playstation Network account to my EA account today to access the FC26 Comparison application. However, when I tried to link them, I found that an account was already associated. Since I no longer have access to that account, how can I unlink it?
