A way out directx issue while friend invites

Hi everyone so I have A way out

And yesterday I invite my friend he was installing it through invitation but at 97% he gets an error "a redistributable package directx was not installed successfully setup cannot continue 4294967287"

He gets this error twice and I've searched everywhere but couldn't find a solution yet 

Also how to report this to EA
