A way out directx issue while friend invites
Hi everyone so I have A way out And yesterday I invite my friend he was installing it through invitation but at 97% he gets an error "a redistributable package directx was not installed successfully setup cannot continue 4294967287" He gets this error twice and I've searched everywhere but couldn't find a solution yet Also how to report this to EA
Unable to connect a second controller
I'm trying to play Unravel Two on PC with another person, so i want to connect another controller apart from mine's one, but I don't have the option to do that. What can I do to solve this problem?? Or to show this option?? (I launch the game from the EA App, not from steam)
It takes two bug(?) with Mays power (singing)
We were playing chapter on Attic called "Rehearsal" and Mays power does'nt prompt/work after we unlock the door (break the tapes with Codys drum disc power and unlock the door with Mays singing power) - what could be the issue and how do we fix it? We want to continue so bad this game, but we've already tried many things as restarting the computer, checking all the updates and verifying integrity of game files but nothing seems to work. We also tried if it makes any difference if we use inviting on steam or EA, but nope. Didn't change even if we changed characters.Unravel two!!!
Hello EA Support, I installed Unravel Two on PlayStation, but the game stops at the “Press any button” screen and doesn’t respond at all. I tried restarting the console, reinstalling the game, using different controllers, and even waited a long time—but nothing works. Please help me fix this or advise what I can do. A Way Out - Trouble Connecting to Servers
Me and my boyfriend have played It Takes Two on Steam and everything was great. But when trying to play A Way Out, we were required to connect our steam platform to the EA and play the game through there, even though we bought it on Steam. Now, while trying to play it keeps kicking us out saying that the other playing is not responding and the session will close. I don’t know what the issue is but we’re both connected with Ethernet and we have never had issues playing online. By reading the forums I understand we’re not the only ones. What should we do to fix this issue? We really want to play the game.A way out - Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll]
Hello everyone, I bought "A Way Out" via Steam over on year ago. I played for few hour long time ago but now I'm back to continue whe I launch the game, I get the following error: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll] Error: 0x7E I am on a fresh installation of Windows 11, on recent hardware, completely up-to-date via Windows Update. It looks like a EA bug. Steam doesn't want to refund my game and sends me to EA for a fix. However, I can't reach EA. Anybody knows a solution in this case or I have to give it up? Hi, I'm having a problem launching A Way Out on PC. When I try to start the game, either from steam or the EA App, i get the following error (in the image attached). I've already tried verifying game files in Steam, reinstalling the game, clearing the EA App cache, and even reinstalling the EA app itself. The game still won't launch, there is no .exe file in the game folder, just development files like Haze1.uproject. I purchased the game on steam, my steam and EA are correctly linked. I contacted EA Support, but i'm still stuck. Could someone please help me get the game working, so I can play? Thanks in advance!
