It takes two lost progress because pc shut down
Hello, today when me and my gf played it takes two localy on one pc, in the middle of playing my pc somehow shut down and when we turned it on again, we launched it takes two and we had 0 progress, it wouldnt let us do anything else then create a new game. I started searching for files in my pc but all of them got lost somehow, like I never played the game, mind you we had about 12 hours played already and we were pretty far I would say. So I tried chatgpt some tutorials and nothing worked, all save files are empty i cant load the latest versions or anything. I also contacted ea and they responedn that they cant do anything because the game doesnt store saves. Is there anything we can do so our 12 hour progress doesnt get lost? Or could we somehow get access to the chapters? So we can just pick the one we ended on? Because right now the only thing I can click on is create a new game. thanks for the responses
A way out directx issue while friend invites
Hi everyone so I have A way out And yesterday I invite my friend he was installing it through invitation but at 97% he gets an error "a redistributable package directx was not installed successfully setup cannot continue 4294967287" He gets this error twice and I've searched everywhere but couldn't find a solution yet Also how to report this to EAUnable to connect a second controller
I'm trying to play Unravel Two on PC with another person, so i want to connect another controller apart from mine's one, but I don't have the option to do that. What can I do to solve this problem?? Or to show this option?? (I launch the game from the EA App, not from steam)
It takes two bug(?) with Mays power (singing)
We were playing chapter on Attic called "Rehearsal" and Mays power does'nt prompt/work after we unlock the door (break the tapes with Codys drum disc power and unlock the door with Mays singing power) - what could be the issue and how do we fix it? We want to continue so bad this game, but we've already tried many things as restarting the computer, checking all the updates and verifying integrity of game files but nothing seems to work. We also tried if it makes any difference if we use inviting on steam or EA, but nope. Didn't change even if we changed characters.Unravel two!!!
Hello EA Support, I installed Unravel Two on PlayStation, but the game stops at the “Press any button” screen and doesn’t respond at all. I tried restarting the console, reinstalling the game, using different controllers, and even waited a long time—but nothing works. Please help me fix this or advise what I can do. A Way Out - Trouble Connecting to Servers
Me and my boyfriend have played It Takes Two on Steam and everything was great. But when trying to play A Way Out, we were required to connect our steam platform to the EA and play the game through there, even though we bought it on Steam. Now, while trying to play it keeps kicking us out saying that the other playing is not responding and the session will close. I don’t know what the issue is but we’re both connected with Ethernet and we have never had issues playing online. By reading the forums I understand we’re not the only ones. What should we do to fix this issue? We really want to play the game.A way out - Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll]
Hello everyone, I bought "A Way Out" via Steam over on year ago. I played for few hour long time ago but now I'm back to continue whe I launch the game, I get the following error: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll] Error: 0x7E I am on a fresh installation of Windows 11, on recent hardware, completely up-to-date via Windows Update. It looks like a EA bug. Steam doesn't want to refund my game and sends me to EA for a fix. However, I can't reach EA. Anybody knows a solution in this case or I have to give it up?
