Wyvern Hall leaves Sim unselectable after university move-in
Game Version: 1.126.73.1030 DX11 Expansion Pack: Discover University Issue When my Sim enrols at university and chooses Wyvern Hall as their university housing, the move does not complete correctly. The loading screen finishes, but my Sim remains on their original home lot instead of moving into Wyvern Hall. The Sim becomes greyed out, has no plumbob, cannot be selected, and is no longer controllable. In some earlier tests, I also received a prompt asking whether I wanted to sign up for another term before the move had completed, and the Sim was returned home instead of moving into university housing. Expected Result The Sim should move into Wyvern Hall and become the active, controllable Sim on the university housing lot. Actual Result The Sim remains on the original lot, has no plumbob, becomes unselectable, and the move into university housing never completes. Steps to Reproduce Start a new save. Create a new Sim. Apply to university using the mailbox. Receive acceptance. Enrol and choose University Housing. Select Wyvern Hall. Confirm the move. Troubleshooting Already Performed Created a completely fresh Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder. Tested in a brand-new save. Tested with a brand-new Sim. Repaired the game through the EA App. Tested with no script mods enabled. Windows Defender Full Scan completed with no threats found. Microsoft Defender Offline Scan completed with no threats found. Malwarebytes scan completed with no malware detected. Additional Information This issue appears to be specific to Wyvern Hall. Drake Hall works correctly. Darkwing House works correctly. Wyvern Hall fails every time with the behaviour described above. Because the issue occurs in a completely clean game with a fresh user folder, a repaired installation, and no mods, I believe this may be a game bug affecting Wyvern Hall rather than save corruption or custom content.

trying to play i own the game on ea app and can run it fine (with weird resolution issues) friend on friend pass tries to join and gets stuck on the authenticating when joining. we have tried everything we can find likke cache reset and repair game and uninstall and vpns and changing accounts but nothing is working. any solutions? we are boh on pc with very powerful pc's so its not an issue of running it
Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning no DLC playable
I also published this question in the German EA Forum, but since I expect the audience here to be larger, I am also posting my problem here. After many years I reinstalled KoA:R from my EA account including both DLCs as the following screenshot from the EA App (PC, Windows 11 64-bit) shows: I know that THQ later acquired the rights to the game but, the installation worked, and I can play the main game even though it won't connect to the EA servers. Unfortunately neither DLC is playable/startable so I was wondering if anyone knows a way to start them since, for example, there is no Commordire Garrick in the Seaform Tavern. I appreciate any help and thank the helpers in advance.
HELP. Unable to connect to game lobby (Split Fiction)
My friend bought the full game and I had the friend pass, but then this screen appeared after accepting my friend invite. I thought this was a friend pass problem so I bought the full game from steam. And yet still appeared the same screen either my friend host or me, we both bought the game from steam. I realized that in my EA Launcher with steam linked EA account it doesn't detect split fiction, but maybe its because the game doesn't need the EA account to play in same platform and I didn't even start playing the game yet so maybe it somehow doesn't detect it? Search everywhere but no one really ever had the same problem with us, does anyone have any idea what to do?"Failed to open descriptor file '../../Haze1.uproject' when launching A Way Out
Hi, I'm having a problem launching A Way Out on PC. When I try to start the game, either from steam or the EA App, i get the following error (in the image attached). I've already tried verifying game files in Steam, reinstalling the game, clearing the EA App cache, and even reinstalling the EA app itself. The game still won't launch, there is no .exe file in the game folder, just development files like Haze1.uproject. I purchased the game on steam, my steam and EA are correctly linked. I contacted EA Support, but i'm still stuck. Could someone please help me get the game working, so I can play? Thanks in advance!
