a way out friend pass doesn't work.
Recently, I bought the game "A way out" to play with a friend. The idea was to buy it myself and use the friend pass to play together. However, even though I have already downloaded it, my friend cannot start the game, and even when I invite them, the game won't open for them. An error message pops up that says "We couldn't start the game." What can We do?

Also, if it helps, we know that the problem is not with my friend's computer, since I have given him my account and he has been able to start the game without any issues, but when I have logged in with his account and tried to play using the friend pass, I get the same error as him.
