[Bug] Act 2 collected all ingredients does not update objective

On the ACT 2, I collected all of ıngredients but game dont accept that. when ı collected all ıngredients, on the hud game warn me ı need to collect related materials. but there is no any materials fo...

@krisalley2 I also have this issue, PS5.
Collected all ingredients, HUD tells me to collect ingredients.
Ingredients don’t allow me to recollect. Leaving the area and restarting game both do not fix the issue
