[Bug] Act 2 collected all ingredients does not update objective

On the ACT 2, I collected all of ıngredients but game dont accept that. when ı collected all ıngredients, on the hud game warn me ı need to collect related materials. but there is no any materials for collecting due to ı already collect them. ı cant pass the act because of this bug.
