BUG: Burger sign prevents progress

If one character manages to reach the top of the Burger Sign before the other then the player cannot go back, and the other cannot progress

i was playing as MIO and ran past quickly, and when my friend tried to climb the ladder they died half way.
i also could not pass the mid point

can easily be redone by returning to last checkpoint, but still a bug so
