cant hear ingame voice

Product: A Way Out
Platform:PC
Which mode has this happened in? Online Co-Op
Which character were you controlling? Vincent
Summarize your bug i can not hear the characters voice when they talk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant hear the voices
What do you expect to see? a fix

I really want help because i cant hear the peoples voice

    I finally found a solution. I don't know why but the game doesn't support "Quadrophonie". After I've changed it to "Stereo" I was able to hear every dialogue and sound and music etc. (if you have the realtek audio driver you can change it in the the speaker configuration.)

     I hope i could help you with this information

    Walkthrough with Windows 10:
    New speakers? probably.
    right click volume control speaker thingy in taskbar.
    Choose "Sounds"
    Click "Playback" tab
    Choose your device (probably speakers and it should have a green checkmark next to it).
    Click "Configure" button
    Change to "stereo"
    Hit "ok"
    Close everything you opened and do it all again to make double sure you're on stereo. Mine reverted back to surround for some silly reason.

    Should fix your issue.

    @Bobby-Kack Please someone help me how to do this. I dont have realtek, theres nothing in my sound settings that say quadrophonie or stero, i am playing on a wirless headset. Please i have windows 10.

    This is a Bluetooth headphone?

    If so there is very little you can do.

    Look under "Properties" and the "enchantment" tab. Disable all enchantments.

    Click right on the Speaker symbol > "Troubleshot sound problems"

    Look for newer drivers for that device.

    @holger1405 It is a Steelseries Arctis 7 headset. Everything was working fine yesterday. The only thing I can think that changed was I installed Parsec and Discord onto my PC today.

    I then did a system restore to 12 PM, long before I installed those programs. It hasn't made the configure button any better.

    I don't understand why it would work fine for all these weeks then stop today. I guess I'll look for drivers.
