EA Account hacked - Cant create any support cases it wont let me
Few days ago my Outlook was hacked and the hacker changed my every passwords and emails on every platform. I got my email back and reverted most of my accounts to normal. "Except EA".
When i go to the help page and create a support case. it doesnt even appear in cases. I couldnt find any way to contact the support. The hacker changed my email, secondary email and even my phone number is not associated with the account anymore. There so much progress saved in my games i dont wanna lose my account and also its linked to my xbox. Please contact me from my email.
and also there no live chat option like it used to have.
I solved this issue. here is how. I've read if you change your vpn to US you can reach live chat through the help page's contact us button. After you press "Contact us" button "Live chat" Button appears and pressed it. talked my issue about my other account that got stolen, gave infos about it. Supporter reverted my mail adress and sent me a password reset link.
I dont know why but "Live Chat" and even creating cases doesnt work in turkey and i assume it doesnt work for EU countries too.
Just change your vpn TO US america right now its the only solution it seems.
