Bought the game on Epic, linked it with EA clicked play in EA, game does not launch. clicked play in epic, game does not launch. meanwhile my steam copy works just fine.

We might be running into an issue with the game launch from Epic and handing over to the EA app. If you do ever try to play it on the Epic Launcher again and run into issues let us know and we can try to take a further look from there.
Thanks for getting back! I want to try some steps to see if we can get this resolved, are you currently playing on Steam or do you have the Epic version installed?
If you have the Epic version Installed can we give the following a try first?
Repair the game via the EGC client (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
If you want to upload it here on AHQ you will need to upload it as a .rar file as AHQ does not support zip files.
