Exclude Split Fiction from Steam Family sharing

Hi. 

Split Fiction is not excluded from steam family sharing so it does not allow to use friends pass for another family member account because it considers the full game is owned. But Steam locks out of play because one instance of the game is already launched.

On the other hand It takes two is removed from family sharing so there is no problems.
