I'm one of those unfortunate people still stuck in Act 1. Some of the issues the game has are severe enough to make the save un useable. Like most, I had hopes for the first patch to fix my issue but they conveniently left out of the most major issue like it never existed.
I waited for 3-4 weeks to have to give up and start over a new save file only because I've already started the game. Didn't want to leave it unfinished. After the 2nd patch the bug in Act 2 is the hot topic, can't wait to see what the next patch brings.
Sorry to say but the Dev team is acting like they are dropping Cyberpunk 1.5(next gen) patch. They are called hot-fixes for a reason, you push them out as quickly as possible to unblock the customer/user. But they'd rather take their sweet time to add some imaginary balance changes which no one can notice.
After making manual save backups(because the auto saves are so good) for every hour, following a guide to check that the game is indeed behaving like it did for someone who already completed it, I was able to platinum it in the end leaving me thinking that I shouldn't have started this at all.
