Game Broken Can't Load Cuckoo Clock Level

I'm playing local multiplayer on PC. After we beat Rose's Room we got the cut scene about the letter, got dumped into the hole, and that's it. We fall in the hole forever. It never progresses past that point. The same thing happens when we reload from checkpoint or chapter select. Rebooting the computer had no effect. Not sure what to do now.

EDIT: Reinstalling the game fixed the issue
