Help with a permanent ban

Good afternoon, I hope the support here is better than filing appeals, which are handled by a robot (AI). I mean, I got banned from my main account (I'm writing from one I created back in 2009, and I didn't know how to change my nickname back then, so I created another one. Yes, I was still a teenager then) for two violations! Seriously, they're taking away my 2013 account, which has tons of games, just for chatting?! So, according to the logic of those who created the rules, you can cheat, exploit bugs, freely play on hacked accounts, destroy enemy vehicles at their base, steal vehicles from their base, and insult them based on race, but you instantly get a permanent ban for chatting? The first ban was for 168 hours, when a player attacked our base, preventing us from leaving it with vehicles, but it was my fault, not theirs. The second, permanent ban, allegedly for insulting someone (hate speech), in a game where 80% of players have chat disabled or simply don't read it. Or maybe EA has a policy of racial discrimination against Russians, because often when I write in my own language, I see comments like "Why are you speaking in dog language?", "There's something in Elvish here," "Stop speaking in dog language, I don't understand you." Another player even wished for his death (I'll attach a screenshot). Yet, no one gets banned for these words. I sincerely ask support in this thread to somehow help review this request and reconsider the ban, at least for 3-6 months, rather than the complete ban of my account from 2013. It's like my life story being taken away. As I said, appeals are not reviewed by a human being, and the responses are always the same. I would be very grateful for your support.
