Hi there, 

Do you have other USB devices connected? If yes, please try disconnecting them and leaving only the Mouse/Keyboard connected.

    No only the usb mouse that is connected to the PC

      Please check if any overlays, such as the Discord overlay, are running in the background. If this is enabled, please disable the overlay and try again.
