Ikakaramba way is blocked blue rocks

Hello, I’m trying to continues with the path but it’s blocked with big blue rocks. seeing some walkthroughs on YouTube and the way is clear but for me it’s blocked. I got all the collectibles in this round but still nothing. It’s seems like a bug please assist
