- @EA_Illium I've tried uninstalling Origin the hard way and reinstalled it yet it still doesn't work

Hi @yanyanniiee Thanks for the update, Once Origin is open can you check it is both enabled in the Application settings and in the game properties before launching?
- Launch Origin > Select Origin in the top left > Application settings > Origin in-game > verified its toggled
- In your Game Library > right-click ITT > select game properties > verified its enable there.
If both are currently enabled, can you check if you have any other overlays running as they might be interfering with Origin in-game.
- @EA_Illium hi! All are enabled already and I have closed all the other apps that may have overlays yet it still doesn't work and still says the platform client overlay is not enabled

Hi @yanyanniiee Thanks for checking that, do you have any running Anti-virus or additional security? If not can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot?
- @EA_Illium I do have Windows Security. Do I still do a clean boot?
