It Takes Two - PS5 Upgrade unavailable

I'm trying to get the free PS5 upgrade for It Takes Two. I have the PS4 disc in my PS5 console, the console recognizes the disc, as usual. The upgrade page on the Playstation Store only shows a learn more button, which leads to a message saying you can't buy this product right now. This also seems to be the case with the rest of the community right now.

It seems to be on the PS Store/EA side of things. Any statement from EA would be great as to why this is happening, because the only thing you find while searching is unresolved forums. So any help with resolving this would be appreciated!
