It takes two error 103-40010000

I try to play the game it takes 2 online on PS5, I downloaded it through the Playstation Plus Extra subscription.

First, to check do you still have an active PS Plus Subscription?

I do have an active subscription, as I can play any other game with no issues.
- Done a complete restart including removing power.
- Signed into PSN => OK
- Latest version => OK
- Restored Licenses => OK
- Connection is ok as all other functions and games work without issues (also game worked once online with a friend last week and nothing changed)
- NAT Type 2 => OK
- DNS Settings are already google's => OK
- Rebuild Database => OK
Unfortunately still no online play possible.
Steps:
- Start Game
- Select "Play Online"
-> "Connecting to EA servers..." => "Authenticating..." => Error message (see screenshot)

To check if there is another account on the PS5 we can test to see if it gets the same error or a different network we can test?

I have tried to use the game on a completely different network but it is still giving the same issue.
Unfortunately I am not able to test a different account at this moment.
Please note that in the meantime I even did a complete reinstall of the PS5 system but the issue still remains. It must really be an issue with the authentication of my user account at the EA side.
Can you please take a look into that?

To confirm we can't look into account details here on the forums, Have you already spoken with our support for any potential with the EA account itself?
If there's anything there blocking the account from connecting they should be able to assist.
