I try to play the game it takes 2 online on PS5, I downloaded it through the Playstation Plus Extra subscription.

I have tried to use the game on a completely different network but it is still giving the same issue.
Unfortunately I am not able to test a different account at this moment.
Please note that in the meantime I even did a complete reinstall of the PS5 system but the issue still remains. It must really be an issue with the authentication of my user account at the EA side.
Can you please take a look into that?

To confirm we can't look into account details here on the forums, Have you already spoken with our support for any potential with the EA account itself?
If there's anything there blocking the account from connecting they should be able to assist.

I already chatted with the EA support people but they gave me the same standard troubleshooting paths.
They said they would highlight the problem with the game developer as this might be a bug in the game.
The problem is that I think there might be something wrong with the account entry in the back end for my account which gives an issue on the authenticating step for my account for this game.
Is there any place I can have this checked?

HI @Xefke_PS3 Our support should be able to see any issues with the EA account side, aside from that we might be able to confirm with Sony if there are any issues with the PSN Account.
Also to confirm, Have you downloaded the friend pass version before?

I have already contacted the ea support via live chat several times and they were unable to give me a solution.
Is there a number I can contact them by phone from Belgium?
also, I was not able to find the friends pass, so could not download.
