Me and my brother both got EA play and we can't play the game together...???

Me and my brother got EA play seperately on our both accounts, got EA Play after my brother did so we could play wild hearts and battlefield together, but we seem to get dusconnected every time we launch the game at the same time on ps5. Explain yourself or give me my 5 bucks back because this is shameless.

    Hi @Archangel079 

    There are a few different reasons you could be getting disconnected, to confirm you are playing on separate PS5's with your own PSN and EA accounts?

    If so, let's try the following first: 

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Yes, both on different ps5s with different accounts both ea and psn and seperate subscribtions. Thank you for the tips, will try it out and see

    As it turns out my brother linked his playstation Disquaredy account to my EA account and I do not see the unlink button, what can I do about this to unlink him?
