When I try to connect to online play or as soon as the game loads, it gives me an error code of 4294967266. It says that I cannot connect to the server. Are the servers down? Or does my connection need to be refreshed I have an excellent connection so this should not be happening. What should I do?

my friend keeps getting error "a network errorr occured" 107 3807360 when she opens the game. When she sits at the campfire the go online button is grayed out

Community AdminHi, the servers should be up and we have folks playing. To start, can you power cycle your router and try using an alternative DNS?

I've tried Open DNS and another (the default DNS I use) and both populate the same error message, however I am still able to play online even though I get this error on the start-up.
I haven’t been able to play online since the trial. EA support was useless said I never bought the game. Bought the deluxe mind you, Xbox had me restart delete profile etc etc. nothing working, I can play online with an alt account just not my main. Checked ban list no infractions wtf? Bout to just get a refund
