We've logged in to play split fiction and are being prompted tO start again . We've played before , the saved data is still in the storage of the console. Tried restarting , but the data and the game don't seem to link. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful
HI there - I was playing split fiction on Xbox series X and the game crashed. we were around 5th chapter or 11hrs of gameplay.
when I restarted the console, the game continued in 2nd chapter.
is there anyway to be able to continue in chapter 5?
when I check the manage Split Fiction I can see 3 items in saved data, Reserved space 1.8Kb, Reserved space 256Mb and one with my gamer tag of 0.7KB
So I am assuming that the old save in chapter 5 is gone?
any help would be great because we don't want to play it all again!

Community Managerbledrol really? For Xbox, they work a bit differently. You can uninstall the game, remove your Gamertag from the console, then log back in and download it again, and since it is cloud-based, it will sync when you load up the game.
Same problem, only with xbox
