[PC] Tales of Kenzera: Zau Act 4 Fatal Error

In Act 4 target is to reach hilltops, but when i reach i have discussion with Kalunga, and after ending this when he is telling me that i must prove to him something i have fatal error and game crashed

    Thanks for coming back and sharing the update.

    From what you’ve described, this suggests the older GTX 750 Ti falls below the game’s minimum PC requirements. Tales of Kenzera: ZAU lists a GTX 1060 6GB / RX 580 8GB as the minimum GPU, while the GTX 750 Ti commonly has much less VRAM, so crashes in heavier scenes such as Act 4 can happen even if earlier parts of the game seem playable.

    For anyone else running into a similar Fatal Error around Act 4 or boss encounters, please try the following:

    • Check that your PC meets the minimum requirements, especially GPU and VRAM.
    • Update your graphics drivers.
    • Repair / verify the game files.
    • Lower the resolution and graphics settings before retrying the scene.
    • If security software is interfering, adding the EA app/game folder as an exception may help, as mentioned above.

    Hi maklo9​ ,

    I understand why that was frustrating, especially if you had already posted here and also opened a case through EA Help.

    Just to clarify: the EA Forums are not live support, and we cannot directly review or follow up on EA Help tickets from here. Cases opened through EA Help are handled by a separate (support) channel, so we do not have visibility into the full ticket history or what was reviewed there.

    Based on the information now available in this thread, especially your update that the issue stopped after upgrading from the GTX 750 Ti to a GTX 1660 Super, the older graphics card appears to have been the cause. The GTX 750 Ti is below the listed minimum GPU requirements for Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, so crashes in heavier areas such as Act 4 can happen even if earlier parts of the game run.

    I get that this information would have been more useful earlier. The reason I’m posting it clearly now is so that anyone else who finds this thread with a similar Fatal Error can check their GPU/VRAM requirements before spending more time troubleshooting other things.

    Ok but why anyone from Ea Staff won't help me when i posted this on forum that i have problem with game, moreover i had sent to you official ticket in EA APP ?

    And now you post that my card was so weak for this game, why shouldn't you posted this when i need your help ?

    Problem rozwiązany – winna była stara karta graficzna, choć wsparcie techniczne nawet nie raczyło na to spojrzeć.Mimo wysłania zrzutu ekranu z dokładnym błędem "Fatal Error", nie doczekałem się żadnej odpowiedzi od supportu. Gra wywalała się w Akcie 4, ponieważ mój wysłużony GTX 750 Ti po prostu nie dawał już rady z pamięcią VRAM i efektami w tej konkretnej lokalizacji.Po wymianie karty graficznej na GTX 1660 Super, gra działa stabilnie i błąd całkowicie zniknął. Szkoda, że oficjalne wsparcie EA nie potrafiło przeanalizować screena i podpowiedzieć tak prostej rzeczy. Zostawiam tę informację dla innych graczy, którzy mogą zmagać się z podobnym problemem na starszym sprzęcie.

    W sumie to nie wiem czemu napisalem po angielsku jak to polskie forum, myslalem ze moze jak bedzie po angielsku to szybciej ktos odpowie

    I added exception (Ea Games) in Windows Defender and now i can reach boss fight in act 4 but i have fatal error during the boss fight.
    It is really frustrating, that after game crashed i must continue at the beginning of chapter 4.

    Can you fix this game ?

    Why there is no live chat support ? Only this annoying bot.

    I am not surprised why EA has this low reputation at players, there is no support for their games.

    I made 2 cases in this ea app technical support, one few days ago and till now no answer for my problem.

    I only got notification on email that i reached few badges at this forum, i have in my  a s s  this i want you to solve my problem with this game
