PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted

I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

Hi Everyone, 

If you are running into issues with Trophies/achievements not being granted on your platform please let us know the following. 

Platform:

PSN ID/Xbox GT:

Region:

Are you getting an error message?

did you complete it in a solo or multiplayer game session?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

What troubleshooting have you tried? 

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag

Hi.

I didn't get Reincarnation Cycle Stopper,  Superlative View, Haven Hunter,Volatile Vocation.

Platform: PS5

PSN ID: AndyCroCat

Superlative View and Haven Hunter were solo quest, Reincqrnation Cycle Stopper I was host. Volative Vocation i joined multiplayer.
