    Hey @salih99872 Can you try going through the following steps and see if this continues?

    • Rebuild PS4 Database:  

      • Make sure your PS4 is completely powered down and that your Dualshock 4 controller is connected to the console via a USB cable. 
      • Boot up the PS4 in safe mode. This is done by pressing and holding down the power button until you hear two separate beeps (about seven seconds). 
      • Once the PS4 is booted in safe mode, you’ll be taken to a menu with a variety of options. 
      • Select the “Rebuild Database” option, making sure you don’t accidentally select the “Initialize PS4” option since that will erase all your data. 
      • The screen is supposed to go black when the rebuild process is underway, so don’t worry if that happens. Depending on how much data you have on your PS4, the rebuild process can take some time, so be patient, and don’t turn your console off while the process is still going. 

       

    • Make sure your PS4's system software has the most recent update: 

      • Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen. 
      • Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install. 
      • Reboot your PlayStation 4.

    Ciao, allora sto riscontrando questo problema da 1 settimana, io ho comprato la versione di prova da 10 ore di ea fc 25, arrivato alla quinta ora mi si è bloccato tutto: nel senso che ogni qualvolta che provavo ad entrare su ultimate team mi da il codice di errore ce però se gioco offline andava il gioco. Ho provato a seguire tutte le indicazioni riguardo a questo problema, ma ho capito che non era un problema di console bensì dell account poiché ho provato ad entrare su ea fc 25 su più di 3 account ma tutte con lo stesso risultato. Poi ho pensato che fosse un problema riguardo alla versione di prova magari mi avevano scalato delle ore o era scaduta ma non è stato così poiché un mio amico ha comprato il gioco e ha provato ad entrare su ultimate team dal mio account: ovviamente non è andato. Cosa mi consigliate di fare? Se  il disco potrebbe andare, spero di avere chiarimenti a riguardo perché ho molti progress fatti su ultimate team e ho paura che non possa più giocarci
