(PS5) Only sound effects are not audible.

I am playing on PS5 Japanese version, but I cannot hear the sound effects of the game.

Sometimes I can hear them from some DualSense speakers,

but only background music and people's voices are output from the TV speakers.

All the sound options are 100, but is there anything else to set?

    Thanks for the reply.
    I changed the settings and only the SE did not play.
    I reinstalled the game and activated the license.

    Now the sound effects are sounding properly.

    Hey @kina_pepepe 

    Please check if changing the Audio output settings on your console will make any difference. LINK 

    Switch from surround speakers to stereo, or change the output device. Disconnect any other devices, like Bluetooth headsets or speakers, and test the game..
