[PS5] Tales of Kenzera: Zau; Kikiyaon (Boss Act 2) doesn't spawn

Hi team, I'm stuck as Kikiyaon (Boss Act 2) doesn't spawn. The heart just hanging there, but the cage doesn't open up. The minions/mobs were not spawned as well to start the boss fight.

Ihave restarted my ps5, turned it off, and/or started new run/save data. But none works. Please help.

    Maybe a bit of a difficult request, but could you perhaps record some gameplay of when/where this happens, and share it via YouTube, or another service, here in the thread?

    I’m having the exact same problem, but on my switch… restarted several times got it going again once but died, and then it happened again and now i’m just stuck with a heart in a cage
