    Hi, thanks for the quick response. He already cleared the cache and the problem persists, now he's trying to reinstall the game. Any other solution?

    @Celijee,

    Unfortunate that the cache didn't help. Sometimes a reinstall works; I'd have tried repairing the game first myself, but that's just because it's faster.

    Does your friend have issues starting any other games, or just A Way Out?

    Hello, thanks for the help. He plays many other games, this is the only one that gives problems, although this is the only one on this platform.

    Also, if it helps, we know that the problem is not with my friend's computer, since I have given him my account and he has been able to start the game without any issues, but when I have logged in with his account and tried to play using the friend pass, I get the same error as him.

    If it's an account issue, then it's not something we can help with here on the forums. I assume that you still tested that on your friend's PC?

    It might be something wrong on the back end, like you said. If so, your friend should reach out to our live support team so they can help take a look at their account:

    Hopefully they'll be able to get him in so you two can play A Way Out.
