Hmmm ok. Thanks for adding that. Are you playing from the friend pass version?

It would be good to know also if you are playing from Steam or the EA app. There might be a syncing issue that some troubleshooting could help clear up, potentially other factors. Depending on the launcher, the steps would differ. 

Could you also, please check the date of birth on your account (if using Steam, double-check it there too)? The reason is, if your accounts are listing you as underage it might be why you're coming up against that error message as child/underage accounts have restrictions in place.

Ive just checked and my dob is correct and im not underage  im playing from the ea app at the moment and yes im playing the friend pass version 🙂

On May 29, 2024, the team updated ITT and made some changes to the game that enabled It Takes Two to become Steam-verified.

I wanted to check if anyone in this thread is still experiencing the error message 'Your account has been restricted from accessing any online features... Result Code: 103-3f0001'

If so please let us know the following:

• EA ID (or Platform Gamertag):
• Which platform are you on?
• Are you playing a full copy or the friend pass a version of ITT?
• Have you made any account changes to your EA or Platform account?
• Does this happen on a different network?

Yes still the same error message. My boyfriend bought this game so we could play together but i guess it will rest in his collection forever...

We both play on PC, on Windows 11, on the same network and on the EA app. This is complete nonsense. We are not used to playing on EA app so no we have not made any changes.
It's been 2 years since the problem was posted and still no solution? Don't give us the opportunity to play together if it's not 100% effective, it wastes everyone's time.

Experiencing this issue recently

Only happened once I downloaded and started playing EA WRC 24 on my steam account and not signing in to EA in the game. My current steam is linked to an old EA account I no longer have access to, and EA support won't let me unlink the old one. Since I have been playing WRC, It Takes Two has been giving me this error.
