when I try to play online, i cant send a picture because it says de file is to larg
e im playing on ps5

If you could try taking a different picture, it'd help immensely. Just so that I know exactly what you're looking at.
You mention that you've reset your password multiple times; are you being prompted to do so by your error message? hope this helps

Ah, I see exactly what the issue is now! It looks like your PlayStation is linked to an old or disabled EA account, and not the one that you're actively using. Could you log in here with your EA account details and see if your PlayStation is linked? That way we know for sure:

Yeah, that'll be it then. I'm afraid we can't help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they should be able to help you unlink that account so you can link it to your normal EA account. That should let you get online without any problems.
