@nakachvvya_ Thanks for this information! definitely a strange issue... To confirm is either your EA account or Nintendo account set up as a child account?
If not, have either had their DOB reflect to become adult accounts? Neither of them are child accounts. I’m an adult and they have the correct birthday on them.

@nakachvvya_ Thanks for this information, to check do you have invites in your EA account security settings blocked? I don't see anything about invitations in my EA Account security settings. I only see password, login verification, trusted devices, and secondary email.

Hi @nakachvvya_, under the Privacy Settings tab on the left, do you have options enabled for:
- Who can see my profile...
- Allow users to search for me...
Also, make sure you don't have your friends account on the EA Blocked users list. I don’t have it blocked. It gives me the error just trying to go online, I don’t even get the chance to invite anyone

Hi @nakachvvya_ Thanks for the update, This is definitely a strange issue.
To check do you play any other game on your EA account or with the switch and EA?
If not can you try logging into either help.ea.com or ea.com with your EA account then restarting the switch and checking if the error message pops up?
I am having the same issue. What is causing this? Why pay $45 for a game we cannot use? Ridiculous.

Hi @Jangotchi97, To confirm which platform are you playing on? Can you check for any issues with the information we've shared early in the thread for something that could cause an issue? Nintendo Switch lites.
We both restarted our consoles and reinstalled the game. We made sure our accounts are both over 18. Nothing. Same silly message. Is this grounds for a refund since the game cannot be played?
I’m not actively playing any other EA games on my account. And restarting my switch doesn’t work for it. The only thing that I’ve found that works is deleting the game completely and redownloading it, but even then I can only play it once before I get the errors again.

Thanks for the updates so far! I wanted to check, can you both try resettings your EA account password at help.ea.com and check if the same message continues?
Thanks!
I’m definitely still having this problem with all the same steps applied above. Still no luck playing the game the last few days trying after 3/4 of the way through with no problems. Any other ideas?

Hey @36d672336a1a76bb Thanks for this update, if the previous steps I've shared haven't help can you confirm by trying the following and checking if the same message pops up?
- Update switch to the latest version
- Change switch time settings to synchronous and restart the switch - https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Support/Nintendo-Switch/How-to-Change-the-Date-and-Time-1494763.html
Having the same issue on nintendo switch.
Is EA not going to solve this problem ever?
- @EA_Illium I have the same issue on switch with a physical game
restarted the devices and synced the time
searched for corrupted data
restarted both devices
still getting error 105-80190000
please advise on how to fix this and play online This is happening to me and my friend's (adult account) on PC as well, we can't connect online or plan or whatsoever. tried every tutorial we could find on the internet and this game is not budging at all. please come up with a solution that we all can fix, because I had seen similar issues from people complaining on steam. we can't even see each others account online and it kept shows offline once in awhile. our internet isn't the problem because we played so many other games and we don't have any issue.
I'm also having the same problem. I'm incredibly disappointed with EA.
