Softlocked in Act 2 underneath 2 platforms.

This was a bug I ran into back in April shortly after launch day. I submitted my issue and waited. Since then the game has received an update and within the patch notes the issue was allegedly resolved. So I decided to finally get back to the game and after updating it I am still softlocked. I read that if it wasn't resolved all I had to do was walk away from the area and return. So I did and when I came back I was still softlocked. Currently on Version 1.1.0 on the Switch.
