Thanks for sharing the video. Usually, when the game tries to launch but it doesn't crash or show any error messages, it could be a program running in the background conflicting with it, or a permission issue. To rule that out, you can try running the game and the launcher as an admin and performing a Clean Boot.
So I first ran steam as administrator and then launched the game as admin as well, and it said something along the lines of running install script (microsoft c distributable) or something and then it just went back to play. So that didn't work. Then I tried the Clean Boot but that didn't change anything either unfortunately.

Thanks for the update. If it tried to reinstall VC++, there might be an issue with the files. You can try to fix it manually by following the steps here: Troubleshoot VC++ and .dll errors with EA app.
If the problem persists, please share a DxDiag: How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag.

I redownloaded all my VC++ redistributables manually from the windows website, but that didn't do anything. The game still goes back to play after two seconds. I'll attach my DxDiag report to this post and you can hopefully find something that might be helpful. Thanks a bunch for helping me out btw, this is awesome of you.

Hey there. Unfortunately, the issue seems to be caused by your CPU not meeting the requirements to run the game.
