Split Fiction (PC) - Error 103-40010000 HELP

Question

Was working fine 2 days ago. I'm on PC. I'm launching the game on Steam. I AM LOGGED ONTO THE EA APP.

When i click Play online - Host EA server, it says:

Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and tray again.

Result Code: 103-40010000

I CAN'T PLAY THE GAME PLEASE HELP ME! EVERYTHING ELSE IS WORKING FINE BESIDES THIS!

Is this happening over the series of days? Sometimes, there are temporary connection issues. See this if it's still happening.

Tried playing with my friend last night. Wasn't connecting. Couldn't play. I've tried those links. I can log onto EA APP just fine. Literally everything else is working fine. This game just doesn't work. I connected to my mobile hotspot, and got the same error. So the issue is NOT on my end. An unsolvable issue, great.
