Streets of neon car park bug stops game

On the level streets of neon when trying to enter car park we both have to press triangle to open the door to the car park my character no matter what I try will not press the triangle button when it is lit up I have tried restarting the checkpoint and the game but still I have no success this bug has stopped me from playing the game any advice please?

    rickfishherring Hey, not seeing any active reports on Streets of Neon. Have you uninstalled the game at all or cleared the cche for the console?

    Is this when you are local or online servers?
