Unable to set game to fullscreen

Playing in fullscreen windowed, but the game settings are set to fullscreen. Someone suggested I change my resolution and change it back but it did not work. PC Windows 10, Steam version.

I was able to play in fullscreen in the beta, as I was able to get Nvidia shadowplay "clips" but in borderless windowed, the clips feature does not work.

If I am able to play in borderless fullscreen and have shadowplay work, that is good enough for me. But I just want to be able to clip moments!

  • @EA_Atic  I was able to press Alt-Enter and it kind of helps, but it doesn't solve the problem. When I alt-tabbed before, in borderless fullscreen, the program screen would be in the background and still running (in fullscreen), not when alt-tabbing, the exact same thing happens now, except the program covers approximately 3/4 of the screen, originating from the top left. Additionally, the clips feature still does not work when I do this.

Also successively pressing Alt-Enter sometimes puts the game in windowed mode in 1600x900 resolution.

@LSC99bolt Thanks for the screnshoot if you try to reinstall the GPU drivers does that help for you?

No dice. Deleted my drivers and used GeForce Experience to re-download and install. Restarted my computer twice. Still the same issue. I see no difference in how the game acts when alt-tabbed.

I honestly think it's just how the devs coded fullscreen and that it's not coded correctly (I guess)

I don't think you will be able to help me here. I appreciate all the help you have given me though.
