We’ve had no proper answers into fixing this ea play pro issue

Hello everyone,
there currently seems to be an issue regarding the access. It is being looked into and I'll let you know when there is an update.

Can I get a mod reply or something?
I'm incredibly angry to have dropped $14.99 to EA, only for them to basically go "Oooooooops! You paid in the wrong app, which we gave you 0 information on! May as well give us another $4 through steam!"
Not to mention the EA app did say that I would be able to play it after 10 AM EST if I subbed.
Which means my money was taken under a lie, which is basically theft.
I also can't link accounts, as it keeps running into an error.
Plus, I have 0 idea if signing in via Steam will link to my CURRENT EA account or make a new one.
- @EA_Pythia May I ask how long it will take to solve the problem that Play Pro cannot play?
as an apology ill only accept unlimted access until official launch
ea pro = early access players rip off
- @EA_Pythia I have EA PLAY PRO with EA DESKTOP and i cant play.
This service is a shame.
PS5 players are playing from already 17 hours, steam from 2 hours, and we with ea play pro with ea desktop we cant play. - @EA_Pythia There is no so-called trial version at all, and PlayPro cannot start the game. We don't want to accept an apology, only that the trial period is extended until the full game release
Don't care, I want refund. I bought EA PRO just for that game. Also your not sorry, when i said on tweeter that it doesn't work your tweeter team tried to ban me, very classy. I don't want your apology i want my money back as you did not deliver what i paid for, i had enough of that bs.
And? We are all paying more than the people who now have access. Answer please.
